How to get the perfect Abs-muscls ?
Train your abdominal muscles in different positions on each training session:
1) Start with exercises for abdominal muscles on the bar - lifting the legs to the bar or ups the elbows to the knees (do not forget about twisting the body).
2) Do do various exercises in proper technique(crunches for exemple).
3) Make a crunches with static (3-5 seconds) at the upper point of the amplitude.
4) Make exercise “Vacuum”. “Vacuum” promotes training of the transversus abdominis and improve the concentration of your attention on the working muscle group.
5) Eat right, sleep well, maintain a high level of daily motivation, see my video & give me likes, plese. It my motivation!
