On this channel I want to share my experience with High Intensity Training. My info will be for natural trainers only.
By the way, i am not trying to sell anything, no supplements (most of them are useless) , no workout programs, just free info.
I am training with weights from the late 80`s and did it all, read it all and heard it all.
After working out with the higher volume, there came the Yates era in the early 90`s, it opened my eyes and my H.I.T. journey started.
But for a natural i found that it was still to much work.
Quit working out in 2005, because of a new job that was (and is) physically very heavy.
In the meantime i found out about Mike Mentzer and started a new workout chapter in 2008 after losing most of my muscle mass.
Now i like to share my thoughts and experience with all that are interested.
