Oh hey! Thanks for stopping by! I go by the name Evada and I am a certified personal trainer & yoga teacher as well as proud mom to human bubba as well as Bruce, the cutest frenchie of all of time. I am VERY passionate about connecting with others (as an introverted recluse on YouTube) and share my stories in hopes of encouraging others to be empowered to share their own. I am a huge fitness enthusiast and over the years I've competed in Roller Derby, CrossFit and Bodybuilding.
