These amazing little cameras have proved to be virtually indestructible and work in almost any conditions. -20 degrees in China and +40 with max humidity in Burma / Myanmar. Although useless as a hand-held device and quality rapidly diminishes when zooming in. But stick them on a gorilla-pod with max wide angel, you will get some reasonable results. Perfect as a back up device and remote microphone if you supposedly decent video camera is a bit temperamental.
I'm really a B&W 35mm industrial photographer who has lost his darkroom (Eric Pickles has turned into a store room for pork pies). So, I'm now basically dabbling in colour digital and video. Here you will find videos of the last days of steam in China and Bosnia, chartered steam on the Eritrean railway and surviving Empire Steam from Burma / Myanmar.
The website is not very well. I just have not had time to repair it since my previous ISP went belly up.
