Let’s quickly introduce myself…I'm a qualified Pilates and fitness instructor based in London - with also a qualification in pre-natal and post-natal exercise. I have taught more than 1,000 hours of exercise classes over the last 10 years, so you are in safe hands. :)
I set up Kalm Pilates because I want to get more people to try out Pilates to achieve a balanced body that is strong, flexible and pain free.
