I am a Physiotherapist, Pilates and HiiT-Pilates Instructor. I believe that everyone can exercise and get fit, strong and lean if given the correct guidance. My channel will help you get fit after having a baby, suffering injury or simply if you are nervous about getting started because of previous injury or your fitness levels.
