我的橄欖小館法國料理在台北開了19年(1999-2018),烹飪食譜也出版了超過十二本了,曾主持Discovery TLC 旅遊生活頻道的美食節目'Maggie魔法料理' 和' Maggie會名廚',很喜歡旅行,遊走的國家也不少,愛吃愛學各國好菜餚。
我希望與大家分享我的料理,還有把復雜的菜變簡單,也會盡量分享作菜過程的細節和貼士。有關料理的事物請留言跟我分享啊!

Hello everyone, I'm Maggie Liu. I love cooking so very much, I was the owner and the executive chef of Le Bistro de L'olivier in Taipei (1999-2018). But I also love cooking traditional Chinese food at home. I’ve written 12 cookbooks and had two cooking shows 'Maggie's Magic Menu season1-season 3' and 'Maggie meets the Chef' on Discovery - TLC channel. I would like to share with you French recipes and Traditional Chinese recipes.
