I will be working my butt off to bring you yoga that fits into your everyday life and is suited to your particular needs in any given moment. That means we will explore the full range of yoga from dynamic (Vinyasa/Power) yoga classes to slow, gentle flows, all the way to yoga for specific daily schedules and life circumstances including things like pre and postnatal yoga and yoga for back pain.
My intention is to provide a good supplement to a regular studio practice and to open you up to ideas and ways to build and nurture your own practice. Most importantly I want to help you experience feeling better every day through a regular yoga practice.
