Randome cuts of workout from time to time as I use or used to do it. Not running much theese days, but it happens from time to time, barefoot of course - almost always do my workout barefoot nowadays. Martial art inspired workout is my passion and few things are more fun than light sparring and mitts training. I don't like Cross Fit but there are som great ideas of value into it that I like to FitCross. Born 1966 and dont care a shit about what the numbers say.
