Take it as you can and listen to your body. Yoga at home is wonderful as you can take it at your own pace and ability. Our second child is just a few months old and hope to share with you some recovery tips and how to stay energetic and calm during motherhood.
In 2021 I opened Flowers and Salt in my hometown where I am lucky to teach awesome students. Community vibes are amazing and the studio is my main focus but I will continue to upload videos for those who live in other parts of the world or can't get along to class.
