You may also notice by my posts that I have a fondness for Italian recipes. Well this is heavily influenced by my upbringing - growing up in an Italian family - my parents migrated from Italy to Sydney, Australia in the 1960's. Italian cooking has been a huge part of my life since I was a child and helps me keep connected to my Italian roots. A Piece of Cake, is synonymous with the Italian food philosophy - fresh, seasonal ingredients cooked simply for maximum flavour - to share with your loved ones!
