Jun Fukumitsu (JF) is a Japanese singer/songwriter, creating heartwarming folk/pop songs with his Takamine acoustic guitar.
1993-1996: Played the guitars, bass, blues harp, banjo, etc. in the legendary acoustic folk band "Ongaku Kobo" lead by Tadahisa "BJ" Masumoto.
1996: Founded the indie label "JF-RECORDS" with a mission to let the world know their honobono or heartwarming music.
1998: Wrote the song "Kaze-no Tsubasa (Wind Beneath Wings)" for the Japanese language textbook with the same title published by ARC Academy. It was sung by Nao'K in the CD, and has been sung in the classrooms all over the world, specially in Uzbekistan, Spasiba!
2000: Released his 1st album "STARS"
2002: Released his 2nd album "MORE STARS"
JF has written hundreds of songs since then.
