Hi, My name is Karima and I live in Sweden with my 3 kids and my husband. I love all kinds of training! Besides training i have a big passion for dancing. I believe that fitness should be a lifestyle - to live healthy and get more energy to face all challenges in the day. Sometimes we need a bit of guidance to be able to reach those goals.
