Formerly shortcircuits_fitness now called Marsha Hughes Workouts! I'm a 50+ mom of four, and for the past thirty years, have dedicated my life to helping people feel better about themselves through exercise, mindfulness and appropriate nutrition. I created this channel for people who want to get in shape, get in better shape, or want to stay in shape at any age. (Please check with your doctor before starting an exercise program.)
I use a wide variety of equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, the medicine ball, STEP, BOSU, TRX, TerraCore and more. Many of my workouts don't require any equipment at all! These bodyweight-only exercises are challenging, innovative and tons of "fun"!
