I got my initial education in baking from George Brown College followed by American Institute of Baking (AIB) and finally ending up at McCalls School of Cake Decoration. Founder of Seasons Boulangerie. Commitment to quality products and services and passion for baking is evident in my delicious handmade products. Baking Association of Canada certified me with the official designation of a Bakery Specialist.
