I make 1-2 minute films of the wildlife encounters I witness. These encounters can last anything from a few minutes to a full day. I hope my films encapsulate the essence of the behaviour of all of these magnificant creatures. My goal is to capture wildlife which is relaxed, displaying totally normal behaviour and at one with its natural environment. Putting the wildlife first and not disturbing it in any way is core to my filming ethos. I hope this comes through in the films I make. My ambition is that these films inspire a love for and respect of our wonderful planet and all its inhabitants. From lions, to polar bears, tigers and elephants, one can only marvel at the diversity of wildlife on earth. All of them are well worth conserving.

This channel is inspired by my life long love of wildlife and its conservation, particularly of the marine environment. I have a degree and PhD in Marine Biology and after a career in research went onto become a Biology teacher. I have taken all the research and communication skills acquired over the years and used them to put across messages in my videos that will hopefully inspire some of you to help save our beautiful planet.

At Smith & Nephew we believe it is time to reduce the human and economic cost of wounds. Everything we do is aimed at helping clinicians and health system managers realise this objective. We offer a full range of effective wound care products, combined with a deep understanding of best-practice techniques for the prevention and healing of wounds. Building on this knowledge, we seek imaginative solutions that improve wound outcomes for patients and at the same time conserve resources for healthcare systems.
