My channel will help you get fit after having a baby, suffering injury or simply if you are nervous about getting started because of previous injury or your fitness levels. My work as a Physiotherapist for British Athletics has encouraged me to develop pilates and HiiT Pilates for runners which can help reduce injury and help you run faster and more efficiently.
