Just sharing my heart on all things recovery from metabolic & hormonal dysfunction, "normal" dieting / calorie deficit, bingeing, eating disorder, orthorexia, anorexia and „invisible anorexia“. A must really for anyone in recovery, relapse or chronic calorie restriction - just subscribe and hit the notification bell to stay tuned! :) I’m a Hormonal & Metabolic Recovery Coach for health issues after going off of the pill (e.g.hormonal acne, hair loss, hypothalamic amenorrhea (losing period)) and also after chronic dieting or fasting, food fears, calorie restriction, or over-exercising (e.g. adrenal fatigue, burnout, hypothyroidism, gastroparesis, digestive issues, intolerances, leaky gut, parasitism). I’ve been through all of this myself and have studied this scientific field for 10 years now. Hi, I’m Peter Dworak a Fitness-YouTuber from Munich, Germany. My channel includes videos for power sport athletes, outdoor sportsmen and fitness enthusiasts. In short video clips I show workouts without the use of weights. These bodyweight exercises (pull ups, pushups, squats) can all be done at home, at the gym or outdoors. Do you presently train in a fitness or health club? No problem... I will show you barbell workouts, dumbbell exercises and training exercises you can use on gym machines. My fitness videos include special strength training programs for runners, swimmers, cyclists, etc. . I test fitness gadgets and demonstrate a variety of homemade gym equipment for use in muscle workout training.
