Hoi, ik ben Kiwi. Eetdagboekjes, info over veganisme, samen koken en meer. Ik leef vegan en laat je graag zien hoe en waarom! Ben ik een geitenwollensok hippie? Nee, joh! Wel een chick die wat onderzoek is gaan doen omdat ze zich beter wilde voelen. Zowel lichamelijk als geestelijk (psoriasis, acne, PMDD, algemeen vaak down voelen). Ik koos uiteindelijk voor een plantaardig, vegan manier van eten. En als je je daarin verdiept word je vanzelfsprekend ook geconfronteerd met wat wij dieren aandoen en hoe verschrikkelijk en onnodig dat is. Eden Farmed Animal Sanctuary, the first vegan sanctuary in Ireland, opened in 2008. It is home to more than one hundred courageous, unique, special beings, all of whom have been rescued from human use. You can connect with them and their lives through these videos. They are no different to the billions of animals used and killed every year for food that humans do not need, that is not even good for us. The only difference between the ones we eat and the residents at Eden is that the latter had someone to respect their rights and tell their story. Go Vegan.

Learn how to make your own delicious Indonesian dishes, from sweet and creamy to vegan and spicy! All recipes are simple, tasty and often fast to make. When I was young, we always had both Dutch and Indonesian food on the table, as my father was born in Indonesia and my mother is the Netherlands. This is why I created the name Pisang Susu; it means Banana and Milk in Bahasa Indonesia and stands for the mix I am myself and the food I love. Now I am cooking on my blog Pisangsusu.com all 578 dishes from Beb Vuyk's (Eurasian / Indo writer) famous cook book: 'Groot Indonesisch Kookboek' (1973).
