Teaching ESL is my profession. My videos, podcasts and tweets are all for students of the English language. (Twitter: @RAMRICK2 Podcast: www.raminjapan.org) Greetings. I am Richard Ostrowski. I am from Michigan USA. I came to Japan to learn the language in 1984 and settled down here. That is also when I started teaching. My lovely Japanese wife and I started our business in 1994 and opened our one room school in 2000. Most students want to pass the EIKEN Proficiency Test. I have created TEXTs, CDs and Homework to teach as well as games. Conversation classes are for higher level students and adults. I teach at kindergartens and have adult lessons here and off site. Some adults have been with me 15, 20, 25 years. Everything we do is to keep our students happy and engaged. So, in a nutshell this is why I consider myself the GREATEST ESL Teacher in Japan! Our videos reflect all of the above. twitter @RamRick2 podcast www.raminjapan.org.
