Based in Tokyo, used to live in Europe 🌿 My name is Yuka. I cook simple and easy Japanese food that everyone can try :) I'm not a professional chef. The recipes I introduce in my channel are from other people but I arrange them so that you can easily cook / find the ingredients outside Japan!

In my channel, I show authentic but alternative Japanese home cooking, which can be make with the ingredients that are easily available outside of Japan. I am a normal Japanese guy, who loves and enjoys cooking and of course eating. The goal of my videos is not to impress people but rather to inform about and motivate people to cook Japanese Food. If you say ”oh that looks actually easy, I’m gonna try it myself!” then my goal is met. My cooking is no means traditional, professional nor fancy: it is rather everyday practical Japanese home cooking, since I have learned all my cooking from my mother, grandmas and cooking for myself.. Hope you enjoy watching my videos and I am always happy to hear your feedbacks or requests in the comments!! Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/taijis_kitchen/
