I had been joining youtube since 2012, I was an organic viewer and watch videos of my interest. I work as a sous chef in europe and learning some techniques in cooking. Somehow working in the restaurant and catering services is so stressful. It can not be my passion for sure, yet cooking is my life so i decided to start sharing some basic cooking in the simpliest way. Welcome cooking made easy! This channel is about making foods without complicated masterpiece. Purely the purpose is to create a good meal from scratch using few and basic kitchen tools, simple fresh ingredients yet delicious and nutritious meal in the table. The goal is to help busy moms to create simple cooking without fancy kitchen and not to serve boring foods again to her family. Because not everyone has a privilege of having a luxury kitchen , this channel also includes (soon) a primitive cooking, campfire and cooking in the nature, NO FANCY OVEN baking and daily village lifestyle and cooking .
