Hi!! My name is Lauren and welcome to my life in Osaka, Japan. I am a native Floridian and moved to Japan in 2012 with a dream of making a life here and working in a Japanese company. I successfully graduated from Elon University in 2012 and made my way to Japan to study for my MBA at Doshisha University, where I graduated in 2014 and successfully entered a small business in Osaka, Japan. If you want content about Japanese pop culture and life in Japan, this is the place for you! I'll talk about everything from how to get a job in Japan to how to organize your Japanese idol goods. My goal is to bring Japanese culture to the world by explaining how life really is like here for an expat and how pop culture is the ultimate soft power.

Hello Everyone! This is the start of a new beginning. For those who knew me as Jpop_KpopCraziness I thank you for sticking around. For those who don't.....that's ok. After years (literally 4 yrs) I have decided that I won't be posting many kpop/jpop related videos anymore. I decided to take my channel in a new direction, but I still want to share everything with you. I'm sorry if I disappointed you, but its a change I need to keep growing. Thank you. Long story short, I moved Japan!!! Osaka, Japan to be exact! I have experience so many things and I recorded some of them that I wish to share with you all! Some date back to 2019 so.....haha I'm sorry about that. I'm editing so many videos right now so I really hope I can upload them soon! Have fun traveling in Japan with me and we will figure out things together!!! -Brooke ^^

My name is Salome and I am a professional pianist and arranger from Switzerland, based in Osaka, Japan. I've been a musician for over 25 years now: for many years I played and recorded classical music, and in eventually switched to something arranging, recording and performing pieces from Japanese anime, video games, TV shows, and movie soundtracks. Recently I also started composing my own music. So far I've recorded 7 solo albums and you can find them as well as my singles on most major digital outlets like iTunes, Amazon, Google Play, Spotify, etc. Many of my arrangements are available as sheet music on Musicnotes.com.
