I am no expert, but I do love to cook. I learned a lot from watching my mom cook when I was little! Majority of the videos will be Japanese/ Asian recipes... as well as non-Asian recipes...so pretty much any style of cooking! ^_^ I don't have a lot of free time any more so I do my best at uploading videos, but don't expect me to regularly upload once a week as I have done in the past. Sorry =/ If anything I'll try to make videos with my mom... because she's the bomb diggity :) Thanks for subbing!! :D Check out my food blog for yummy recipes: http://emicooks.com/ Check out my Facebook page for food pics: fb.me/emicooks Check out my instagram to see my daily happenings: https://instagram.com/eeemmmmiiiii/ Oh and for those who keep on asking me what my nationality is... I am half Japanese and quarter German and Irish. (To keep this channel clean, any rude comments will be deleted)

I'm excited to dedicate more time to creating delicious recipes and sharing them with my wonderful YouTube community.
