Hi, I'm Jack, I started this channel at the age of 17. I am now 22. This channel was and continues to be dedicated to my journey of body development using body-weight and gymnastic rings. I've been a gym-goer since October 2015 and within my first 6 months in the gym I saw many pitfalls in weightlifting such as injuries, etc. I believe in a 100% natural diet. This means no supplements, no whey, no creatine and definitely no steroids!! In March 2016 I received gymnastic rings for my birthday and have decided to focus on ring-work and body-weight exercises ever since.
