Here at Lone Endurance, I share my journey towards peak fitness with you, in an effort to inspire, entertain and educate you about the wonderful world of long distance running. When I say long distance I basically mean anything longer than a couple of minutes in race duration. It doesn't matter whether you're a beginner looking to run your first 5K, or a seasoned marathon runner working towards your next PR!
