Sebastian Brosche is a Swedish BJJ black belt under Eduardo Rios and trains at Frontline Academy in Norway. Starting his martial arts journey from a young age with judo and moving on to Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Sebastian was not shy to injuries and had plenty. At the point of considering stopping due to his injuries Sebastian was finally persuaded to try yoga by his soon to be wife and all-round yoga badass! Years later after personally feeling the benefits of yoga, Sebastian decided to start Yoga for BJJ and share his knowledge and understanding of yoga with jiu jitsu practitioners.

My name is Sondre J. K. Berg and Berg Movement is my personal brand name. I have been exploring, researching and training bodyweight strength, handbalancing, acrobatics and other loosely defined movement terms for nearly a decade. Since 2015 I have coached both adults and youngsters, from those who never did a pushup to strong athletes in need of technical training. I have taught handbalancing, bodyweight strength, adult gymnastics, and various acrobatic movement forms. This variety has taught me a great deal about my own approach to coaching and now I am ready to coach the world.
