Alter ist nur eine Zahl! - Bodybuilding-Legende | Personal Trainer - 77 Jahre jung | 58 Jahre Training - 2x Mr. Universum, 1970/1989 Karl Kainrath - Seit über 58 Jahren beim Kraftsport und heute mit 77 Jahren noch immer in Top-Form Bereits seit über 58 Jahren im Kraftsport aktiv, gibt Karl seine Erfahrungen in Form von Personal Training und Videos auf den sozialen Medien an seine Schützlinge weiter. In der Zeit von 1967 bis 1989 trainierte er nicht nur zusammen mit Arnold Schwarzenegger, sondern nahm auch an mehr als 70 Wettkämpfen teil. Er erreichte neben zahlreichen Top-Platzierungen bei IFBB-Veranstaltungen die Titel „Bestgebauter Athlet International“ (1967), „Mister Austria“ (1968), „Mr. Europa“ (1969) und gewann 1970 zum ersten Mal den „Mr. Universum“-Contest. 19 Jahre später, im Alter von 47 Jahren holte er sich nach sieben Monaten harter Vorbereitung in São Paulo noch einmal den „Mr. Universum“-Titel.
