I had promise myself to learn to cook our native famous delicacies and share them to the world. So here I am! I prefer simple easy to follow but tasty dish. Inexpensive but filling. Economically friendly and perfect for large family. My Home cooking (Lutong Binisaya) I bring you the best taste possible. My job is to ensure that everyone can follow my cooking recipe and the family will surely enjoy it’s dish around the table. I also included the story about my childhood growing up in the mountain as well as sharing my family leisure and travel Experiences. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do.

I'm a Brit, born and raised in a little town in England, called Fleetwood. I lived there for 25 years of my life. In 2005, I met my wife (a Texan) through some friends. She came to England to spend Christmas with me, and we ended up getting engaged. In June 2006, we returned to Texas, got married and then 3 months later moved back to the UK where our first child was born later that year. We lived in Fleetwood for almost 5 years. In late 2010, we decided to uproot our family and move to Texas. In the last 6 years, we have planted ourselves firmly and added 3 more kids to our family. My wife and I are legally blind, though we do have usable sight, it's not enough to drive. This maks our life challenging at times, but as you will see from our videos and following us, it's not something we let bother us. We have had to overcome a lot of difficulties, trials and tribulations, but we've come through it stronger. Join us as we embark on our life adventure and have as much fun as we can!

I support the belief that we all have a natural healthy weight, and that can be any weight, shape, or size. I believe in health at every size. I do not advocate the “healthy eating and exercise” approach to recovery, or to life. I do not believe that it is true recovery but a compromise between you and your eating disorder. I decided to make this YouTube channel just on the off-chance that I can help one or two or maybe even more people.
