Hello! My name is Ange. Welcome to 'A Piece of Cake' videos - where I get to share my passions for gardening, baking, cooking and eating! I am always on the lookout for new and easier ways to cook and bake in the kitchen and I'm constantly discovering that with a few tips and tricks it can be done. I am so happy to have this opportunity to share this knowledge with you, so you can have your piece of cake....and eat it too! You may also notice by my posts that I have a fondness for Italian recipes. Well this is heavily influenced by my upbringing - growing up in an Italian family - my parents migrated from Italy to Sydney, Australia in the 1960's. Italian cooking has been a huge part of my life since I was a child and helps me keep connected to my Italian roots. A Piece of Cake, is synonymous with the Italian food philosophy - fresh, seasonal ingredients cooked simply for maximum flavour - to share with your loved ones!

Hi, the videos on my channel are mostly of me whispering - I've got an Australian accent. In my videos, I'm explaining in detail the things that are happening on the screen, such as chewing gum, map drawing, and snack foods. All this explaining is done with a quiet whisper. I hope that you enjoy my videos!! A little bit about me... I'm just your average Aussie that enjoys making videos! More than eight years ago, I stumbled across ASMR and found other people's ASMR videos very relaxing.
