Welcome to the KOABD 613 Bodybuilding video's channel. The name says it all really, I have been going by the screen name of Kind Of A Big Deal (KOABD) for most of my Bodybuilding social media. I chose this pseudonym becasue its ironic considering everybody in the industry thinks they are special or entitled. God knows I have had my fair share of delusions. The KOABD component of this channel documents my bodybuilding journey in VLOGS from my first competition to the Arnold Amateur which was my most recent. The 613 component was a entirely separate concept. I started a web site, 613bodybuilding.com, which focused and played homage to local competitors in the 613. After some time I took down the website but the videos can still be found on this channel. This channel also covers bodybuilding diet, training and much more. I continue this site for individuals interested in competitive bodybuilding, so that they can get a real time perspective from a competitor and enthusiast
