All levels welcome! Take it as you can and listen to your body. Yoga at home is wonderful as you can take it at your own pace and ability. Our second child is just a few months old and hope to share with you some recovery tips and how to stay energetic and calm during motherhood. In 2021 I opened Flowers and Salt in my hometown where I am lucky to teach awesome students. Community vibes are amazing and the studio is my main focus but I will continue to upload videos for those who live in other parts of the world or can't get along to class. My name is Ekaterina (Kat). I grew up in Russia and now live in New Zealand. Kettlebell Dojo is a philosophy of a nerd who wants to also be freakishly fit. It is about achieving strength, speed, power, endurance and flexibility as efficiently as possible. I and my students achieve this objective by practising only high-quality movement and using appropriate exercise progressions. We also train for the compound effect (NOT the immediate effect) aka playing the long game of being fit for a lifetime. I'm not a gym junkie, and I enjoy more than anything helping nerds like myself be physically fit because it is the missing link - then we can rule the world mwahahahaha ;) In addition to being a geek I am also a certified Personal Trainer, Strong First Level II Kettlebell Instructor, Girevoy Sport Athlete and Coach, Jump Rope, and Crossfit Gymnastics coach with 15 years of experience. This channel is made by a sport scientist, sports analyst and strength and conditioning coach working with Olympic athletes. The videos will demonstrate techniques and systems used when preparing training programs, managing training and monitoring data and preparing reports. All videos have accompanying files that can be requested by email. You can use these demonstrations and files to help guide your practices, give you ideas or just develop some new excel skills. Some of the files include Athlete Fitness Profiles and Dashboards, Training Program development, Fitness Test Reporting and i use Excel for PC, Excel for Mac and Excel Online.
