Welcome to my channel! My name is Heather (Morton) van Hettema. I founded The Yoga Way in 1997 in Toronto where it served the community for over 15 years successful years. Im 2012, I made a bold move and closed it to fulfil other dreams. But today, I teach and offer courses worldwide both online and in-person. And including a Yoga Retreat in South India.
