Hello Everyone! This is the start of a new beginning. For those who knew me as Jpop_KpopCraziness I thank you for sticking around. For those who don't.....that's ok. After years (literally 4 yrs) I have decided that I won't be posting many kpop/jpop related videos anymore. Mike is the co-founder of Strala, a school that teaches people to use yoga, tai chi, and traditional Chinese and Japanese medicine, for releasing stress, healing, and moving more easily through all kinds of challenge. Named "Best Mover" by MindBodyGreen, Mike has practiced Eastern movement and healing techniques for more than three decades, including tai chi, qigong, and shiatsu. In his younger years, Mike challenged centuries of martial traditions in hundreds of competitions, by applying unruly imagination to a world where rules were unbreakable. As he got older, he happily became more interested in supporting bodies than disrupting them, and studied mind-body medicine at Harvard, and alternative medicine and psychology at Oxford.
