Happy Ma holds a Bachelors of Science (Honours) degree in Food and Nutrition from the UK. She is an International Certified Personal Trainer and has been working in the fitness and health industry for over four years. She is currently working in the commercial gym sector as an Advanced Personal Trainer and has numerous longstanding expatriate and local clients. Happy’s specialities include posture adjustment, functional movement training, weight and body composition adjustment and injury prevention. She is a member of the Hong Kong China Body Building and Fitness Association and is the current holder of both the HKCBFA and HKBPS’s Women’s Model Physique titles. Happy has featured in numerous fitness magazines and publications and has recently been casted as a martial arts character in the film “Lady Blood Fight”. Aakash (Sky) started practicing yoga and karate at the age of 6. He is a black belt in karate and a gold medalist in yoga. Over the past two decades, Sky has been teaching yoga extensively throughout India and in Hong Kong since 2009. Sky joined Fitness First in 2012 and Five Elements Habitat in 2020, where his teaching style is both creative and results-oriented. His classes showcase the fun and challenging sequences that combine traditional yoga with a strong flavor of body conditioning. His multi-disciplinary approach has set Sky apart as he integrates multiple elements culled from his exposure to Yoga, Therapy, Martial Arts & Pilates, and applying them ingeniously and methodically to advance students towards their ultimate training goals.
