Welcome to my Channel! I'm Kristen, an American personal trainer, pilates and barre instructor based in London, UK. My channel is all about fitness, workouts, and well-being. I create workouts to get you motivated to move. After all, workouts should be fun and I believe variety is key. I trained as a dancer and many of my workouts have developed from my dance background. I make the workouts easy to follow so you can do them at home with little or no equipment. If you are new to exercise or a regular gym bunny I know I have the perfect workout for you from Pilates, Barre, Abs, Weights or HIIT. Let's move!
