A former actress, dancer and model, she brought that experience on-camera in Pilates and Lifestyle videos. As a wellness writer, she's written for The Huffington Post, Pilates Style Magazine, Organic Life, MSN, ProHealth Pilates and BASI Pilates. In 2015, Tamara received the opportunity to train with Rael Isakowitz, under the Kathy Grant Memorial Scholarship in his BASI Pilates Mentor Program. As a dancer, she studied at the Joffrey Ballet, Rock School of the Pennsylvania Ballet and graduated from Marymount Manhattan College and certified with Core Pilates NYC and American Fitness Professionals and Associates.
