Welcome to my channel! My name is Heather (Morton) van Hettema. I founded The Yoga Way in 1997 in Toronto where it served the community for over 15 years successful years. Im 2012, I made a bold move and closed it to fulfil other dreams. But today, I teach and offer courses worldwide both online and in-person. And including a Yoga Retreat in South India. So what do I teach? What do I offer? While the word 'yoga' is badly overused today, it is a life-time practice that begins from the body to the mind to your soul. You will find videos on how to build your practice with simple exercises and postures and samples of my own personal practice.
